Your model usage stays on that plan. 2. **RankSpot, per action.** RankSpot charges for the work it does on top: per article, per email found, per email sent. Every price is shown before it runs. - **Instead of $560 a month.** That's the cheapest plan of each tool in a typical SEO stack, and none of them does the work. No subscription. ## Pricing questions **Is there a subscription?** No. You pay for the actions your agent runs, at the prices on this page. Nothing renews. **How much will I spend in a month?** There is no minimum: starting is free and nothing renews. Most sites spend $30 to $90 a month, depending on how many prompts you check and how often, and how many articles you publish. At our default settings (50 prompts checked daily, 5 articles a week, keyword and backlink updates) it comes to about $90. Turn any of it down or off in Settings › Schedules and the estimate updates as you go. **What do I get for free?** Starting is free, and new accounts get $1 of credit to try paid actions. Reading your data, tracking competitors, connecting a mailbox, replies in a thread and editing with your own AI are always free. When you want RankSpot to do more, you top up from $10. **Is there a spending cap?** Yes, your balance. RankSpot only spends credit you have topped up, every price is shown before it runs, and nothing tops up on its own. Agencies can also set a limit per client. **Do I pay for Claude or ChatGPT through RankSpot?** No. Your agent keeps running on the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already pay for. RankSpot charges only for the SEO actions it runs, at the prices on the pricing page. If you chat or edit inside RankSpot instead of your own AI, that is charged at the AI cost plus 30%. **How do agencies pay?** One account and one bill for every client, itemized by client and by action, at the same prices as everyone else. You can set a spending limit for each client so one account never eats another's budget. **Can I see what my agent spent?** Yes.
