It does two jobs at once: getting a brand named in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews answers, and ranking its pages in ordinary Google search. It tracks both, finds the keywords, backlinks and forum threads worth going after, then writes and publishes articles to the customer's own site every week, with Google rankings read back from Search Console.","homepage":"https://www.rankspot.ai","instructions":"https://www.rankspot.ai/agent","skills":[{"name":"AI visibility tracking","slug":"ai-visibility-tracking","description":"Track whether a brand is named in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews answers for a set of prompts, and report which competitor is named when it is not.","tags":["aeo","geo","brand-monitoring","llm"],"examples":["Is my brand mentioned when someone asks ChatGPT for the best SEO automation tool?","Which competitors show up in AI answers for my category?"],"endpoint":"https://mcp.rankspot.ai","transport":"streamable-http","authentication":"oauth2","documentation":"https://www.rankspot.ai/mcp"},{"name":"AI citation analysis","slug":"citation-analysis","description":"Read the sources an AI assistant cited in an answer, and compare them with the pages a competitor gets cited for.","tags":["citations","aeo","competitive-analysis"],"examples":["Which sources does Perplexity cite for this question?","Which of my competitor's pages get cited by AI assistants?"],"endpoint":"https://mcp.rankspot.ai","transport":"streamable-http","authentication":"oauth2","documentation":"https://www.rankspot.ai/mcp"},{"name":"Keyword research and clustering","slug":"keyword-research","description":"Discover keywords with search volume, competition, opportunity index, search intent and an AI relevance score, then group them into semantic clusters so one article can cover a group of terms.","tags":["keywords","seo","clustering","search-intent"],"examples":["Find untapped keywords for a project management SaaS.","Cluster these 400 keywords into topics I can write about."],"endpoint":"https://mcp.rankspot.ai","transport":"streamable-http","authentication":"oauth2","documentation":"https://www.rankspot.ai/mcp"},{"name":"Competitor analysis","slug":"competitor-analysis","description":"Add a competitor domain and pull the keywords and backlinks it ranks for, showing exactly where it wins and the tracked site does not.","tags":["competitors","seo","gap-analysis"],"examples":["What keywords does competitor.com rank for that I don't?","Add competitor.com and show me the overlap."],"endpoint":"https://mcp.rankspot.ai","transport":"streamable-http","authentication":"oauth2","documentation":"https://www.rankspot.ai/mcp"},{"name":"Backlink gap analysis","slug":"backlink-opportunities","description":"Surface high-authority sites linking to competitors but not to the tracked site, plus directory and forum opportunities worth pursuing by hand.","tags":["backlinks","link-building","outreach"],"examples":["Who links to my competitors but not to me?","Find directories I should be listed in."],"endpoint":"https://mcp.rankspot.ai","transport":"streamable-http","authentication":"oauth2","documentation":"https://www.rankspot.ai/mcp"},{"name":"GEO forum opportunities","slug":"forum-opportunities","description":"Find Reddit, Quora and niche forum threads where the product is a legitimate answer, along with the People Also Ask questions behind them.","tags":["geo","reddit","quora","paa","community"],"examples":["Find Reddit threads where my tool would be a genuine answer.","What do people also ask about AI search optimisation?"],"endpoint":"https://mcp.rankspot.ai","transport":"streamable-http","authentication":"oauth2","documentation":"https://www.rankspot.ai/mcp"},{"name":"Content planning and article generation","slug":"content-generation","description":"Plan topics, generate SEO and AEO articles with internal and external links, images and embedded video, and publish them to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or Framer after review.","tags":["content","writing","publishing","cms"],"examples":["Write an article about AI search optimisation and put it in my review queue.","Publish the approved draft to my WordPress site."],"endpoint":"https://mcp.rankspot.ai","transport":"streamable-http","authentication":"oauth2","documentation":"https://www.rankspot.ai/mcp"},{"name":"Search Console insights","slug":"search-console","description":"Read Google Search Console performance for the connected property, inspect a URL's index status, and request indexing.","tags":["gsc","rank-tracking","indexing"],"examples":["How did my clicks change last month?","Is this URL indexed, and can you request indexing?"],"endpoint":"https://mcp.rankspot.ai","transport":"streamable-http","authentication":"oauth2","documentation":"https://www.rankspot.ai/mcp"}]}
